Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • In case of any delays, we will inform you via email/text message.
  • Shipping times depend on post office shipping volume.
  • For domestic orders (USA & PR) is usually takes 5-7 business days for orders to arrive.
  • Shipping rates are fixed: Waterproof Backpack ($5.50 USD), Hammocks ($5.00 USD), Toiletry Bags ($3.00 USD) & T-Shirts ($2.00)
  • Any order over $75 USD has FREE shipping!

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • All orders have tracking number, this will be provided automatically via email after the order has been fulfilled.
Damages
  • Capla is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping

  • Currently we do not support international shipping. We are working hard to expand our shipping in the future.
